    EASY HASSLE-FREE RETURNS We hope you’re completely stoked about your new bike. If you aren’t, let us know. RETURN CRITERIA Returns will only be accepted if: product is in new condition, purchase was made within 30 days, original packaging is included, proof of purchase is submitted package is shipped within the United States. Questions? Email us at hello@westpalmbikes.com or, fill out the "Contact us" form with your order details. RETURN PROCESS Contact us at hello@westpalmbikes.com to begin the process. A West Palm Bikes customer care team member will reach out to you within two business days. Once approved, our customer care team will help determine the best way to return your order. These include: You take care of the packaging and shipping yourself. Drop your unboxed bike off at the local bike shop to package & prepare it properly for shipping.

    We offer three delivery options: U.S. Shipping to the Lower 48 States only. Shipping costs calculated at check-out. Local Pick-up at our location in West Palm Beach, FL. Local Delivery within a 15 mile radius of our location in West Palm Beach, FL for a fee. *Bicycles only come assembled when choosing Local Delivery/Pick-up options.
